Everyone has an opinion about their favorite, it just depends on what you are looking for. Listen and look at as many as you can then make your choice. I wanted something that sounded good and was not too loud (not sure I got this may need a resonator).

If you want to save money go custom or buy one from someone used. I just bought a Stromung that was 8 months old (person went turbo) for $300 and he helped me install it. That was the same price as most customs and cheaper than most catbacks. The 4 systems I looked at and listened to were, Courtesy (loud), Greddy, HKS (cheaper and fairly quiet), Stromung (very nice sound). I think all of these would have made me happy but the look of the double tip and full stainless made me choose Stromung, but I did not pay the full $500-600 price either.
