guys i need your help....
i need to know if it is possible to turn a RWD SR20 engine into a FWD? will the FWD gearbox line up? what other mods will have to be done? has this been done before?

Sorry, it doesnt fit unless you do some fabrication. RWD sr20 is very different from fwd. tranny is very different also. Just buy a fwd sr20. is this so hard to understand? just messin

I think that RWD SR20's have a reversed head, where the intake and exhaust sides are swapped compared to FWD SR20DE's. Not that that'd be what would stop you, that would be easy enough to get around, however, how to mount it would be the tougher part. It's not worth it since you can easily mount one that was FWD or AWD if it's a DET. Those bolt right in.
