crank pulley

Just wondering how hard is it to install a new crank pulley,
and does anybody know where i can get a repair manuall for a 1992 nissan nx (2.0 L)

the only hard part about installing a new crank pulley is actually taking the old one off. that thing is so tight and it's pretty close to impossible without the use of impact tools. if you don't have impact tools, i recommend a shop loosen the bolt for you.

just make sure a second person is standing on the break real hard so u can torque the bolt loose. make sure u have enough extensions to extend the wrench outside the wheel well. and start turning. came off pretty easy this way. but make sure u have a Pully Puller to get the pulley off. its on pretty good. all in all its a pretty easy project if u know how to get yer belts off.

helps to have air tools though

do the front main seal while u have the pully off. its cheap insurance for later down the road.
