New to the engine...got some Qs

Ok, I have been doing a lot of research. It looks like I want to grab a sentra SE-R(sr20de) and turbocharge it. I have heard that the stock engine can take 20psi and its tough. But does anyone know its limitations as far as whp? Can anyone point me to a start of a turbo part list and cost? I have looked at the sticky posts but I can't get a clear direction.

the limit for the stock block is around 400hp or so. start here, there's lots of info
