Need Help!!!

FIRST OFF I WANT TO APPOLIGIZE FOR ALL CAPS (LOCKED THAT WAY, IM AT WORK) AND THE LENGTH

JUST INSTALLED JDM-DE. I KNOW IT IS DIFFERENT FROM THE MOTOR THAT WAS IN THERE. 94 SR20DE (HIGH PORT I THINK)
IT HAS THE TB ON THE UPPER PART OF THE INTAKE PLENUM.
*NEW MOTOR HAS 4 INDIVIDUAL RUNNERS AND THE TB IS ON THE LOWER PART OF THE INTAKE. THE JDM WAS FROM A AUTO CAR.

I HAVE A FEW QUESTIONS---
1. NEW MOTOR HAS 2 WIRE GUIDES (THROTTLE AND CRUISE), BUT THEN IT HAS A LINKAGE GOING DOWN TO THE THROTTLE BODY, WITH ANOTHER WIRE GUIDE. IS IT SAFE TO ASSUME THAT THIS WIRE GUIDE WAS FOR SOME SORT OF AUTOMATIC TRANNY KICKDOWN?
2. I KNOW I NEED TO SWAP THE COOLANT TEMP SENSOR (1 WIRE) ANYTHING ELSE. I AM IN FL SO NO NEED FOR EGR SWAP
3.I INSTALLED A NEW OEM CLUTCH, FROM THE DEALER. ARE THESE REBUILT OR NEW. THE PP THAT I RECEIVED ALREADY SEEMED TO HAVE A WEAR PATTERN FROM A THROW-OUT BEARING???. I DONT KNOW IF I TIGHTED THE PP DOWN TO MUCH OR IT IS WORN BUT THE "FINGERS" OF THE PP ARE ALMOST FLAT.
I WENT ON WITH THE INSTALL AND I GOT TO THE POINT TO HOOK-UP THE CABLE AND I HAVE IT AJUSTED ALL THE WAY BACK (TIGHTENED). AND I CAN LITERALLY PUSH THE CLUTCH PEDAL TO THE FLOOR. IT GOES ABOUT HALF WAY AND THEN THE "HELPER SPRING" PULLS IT TO THE FLOOR THE REST OF THE WAY. FROM WHAT I CAN TELL THE PEDAL IS STILL HOOKED TO THE CABLE. THE ARM THAT MOVES THE THROW-OUT BEARING CAN EASILY BE MOVED BY HAND. I REALLY DONT WANT TO PULL THE TRANNY BACK OUT BUT I WILL DO WHAT HAS TO BE DONE.

PLEASE ANY INPUT ON ANY OF THESE MATTERS WOULD GREATLY BE APPRECIATED. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS PLEASE DONT HESITATE TO ASK. I MAY HAVE LEFT SOME THINGS OUT

THANX, MIKE

clutch

to me it sounds like the spring for the lever connecting the arm (clutch cable) to the t/o bearing. are you sure the spring on that shaft is correctly installed? also, if the fingers on the p/p are almost flat, i would replace it while your in there. you should not be able to move the arm (clutch cable connect) with your hand more than 1/4 inch. i would try that and let us know. later.

What you forgot to install the disk?! Shit man, can't say as I have ever done that. Well at least you figured it out. Lemme know if you get your fans to kick on. Mine won't and I reposted the fact that the temp sensor has to be changed on sr20 forums, so its done.
