SR20DE Flutter problem

When the car is idle in park the engine feels like its either being choked or its not getting enough gas. When im driving i can floor it from a dead stop and i wont get any power until i hit about 40 and the engine flutters the entire tome. When im in Drive and at a complete stop i drop to about 4-600RPM when just last week it idled @ 1000. It just started doing this, This week. Took it to Advanced auto to get a Diagnostic but they cant do it on cars older than 2000. Has anyone had this problem. I just got the car about a MO. ago and I just did a full tuneup, (Oil, oil filter, air filter, plugs, wires, tranny, coolant) all that good stuff and still no improvement. I talked to a couple of people and they said it might be an idle intake valve and they might be rite ive never had this problem. Its a 93 with 180K any thoughts???

Leaks in the intake/vacuum system are 90% of idle problems. I had a leak one of the tubes leading to the IACV and it took me awile to find.

for future reference if anyone finds this post and has the same problem... An easy way to find a vacuum leak is to keep the car running and give light sprays of carb/choke cleaner around the intake in small sections, when the engine revs up noticeably you have narrowed down your search to a particular area. This worked great for me.
