Which is Better

i wabnt to do a engine swap in the newar future in my car.

which of the 2 motors will make more power

the sr20det or a turbo'd QR25

factory sr20de goes to 500 hp before BANG, qr gets to around 250 otherwise you need a bunch of internals

im bettin you did not search at all. Put it this way the sr was built for turbo and even a NA sr20de b13 will keep up with a stock qr powered sentra. If you had searched you would know the answer and you would be asking a different question such as. "What should i go for? origionallity with a BUILT turbo qr or safe dependable good old sr20 powa?"

I don't know why you'd even consider a QR in a B13...

Unless you've got mad custom fab skills and lots of money the QR's just a bad option.

why is the qr so bad. ever one keeps bashing this motor calling it "a mistake" by nissan. i really don't see any reson to, they seem pretty potent imo
