Clutch problem and compression test

one symptom i have is a squeking sound when i am idling and i have the clutch pedal not depressed. another is that my compression reads 205-210PSI on all 4 cylinders. is this right? it has 150k miles with perfect maintenance. let me know your thoughts. and doesnt any one know if there is a clutch writeup i cant find one on here.

For the clutch wright up... I'd start with the Factory Service Manual and go from there

ok well i found out that the compression tester was wrong so i bought another one and now it reads 170-172PSI so it settles that. also for the squeking sound, can it be the pilot bearing?

The throw-out bearing is more likely. Mine is doing kinda the same thing at 120k miles. Makes a little noise when engaged (pedal up), and none when not engaged (pedal down).

thanks for all the input! isnt the throwout bearing only engaged when the pedal is down. i think the throwout bearing isnt disengaging all the way since.... even when out of gear and i let the clutch pedal up..... the rpm decreases like its engaging. hmmmm i still chirp second when i shift too fast so maybe its just the mechanism. is there an adjustment for this?

Might try adjusting the clutch cable.
