Question U13 swap problems....help pls

ALright with help from another member form here i have managed to get the u13 bolted in to my b14 200sx SE 5spd chassis. It was a bitch with the prothanes sticking out of the mounts and yes i do have all the sr20 motor mounts and brackets besides the crossmember the ga16 5pd is the same. It actually looks like i could of used the rear 1.6 mount but neways here are my problems.

First off i cant get the top bolt in the dogbone mount(the top hole), i have a klien's flathead in there now, It seems the jpipe(U13) hangs on the dogbone kinda of prevents the mount from going up any further.

Second off, i bought the nx9 hdss kit and have it installed correctly and lubed the throwout bearing and tested it before i put it on and once it was on with the tranny aarm. It had maybe a half ince of play. Now i have a ga16(was good before motor blew) and sr20 clutch cable (good too) I know both of them are in good shape but its seems its still long. The clutch pedal sticks to the floor. Now i have a b13 sr20 tranny in there but could it have the wrong tranny arm on there that holds the black rubber piece. Also i read about a adapter someone made at homedepot...any one have some pics to elaborate on this???

Third, the stock front mount intercooler looks like its not gonna work. I think i have to go under the radiator instead of the sides because theres nothing but metal unless i start cutting??? Maybe i can just get some hoses and make it work untill i can buy a piping kit.

Also i am going to take pics when i get home from work to help. Thanks for any help...

there are some pics in my link below of the motor and stuff on it b ut i will have more tonight.

what i did with the front mount was flip the bracket upside down and then the front motor mount will work, but it takes a pry bar to get it in there since the bracket is a little to the drivers side when flipped over and sits higher. and what i did with making a temp turbo piping setup is i got two flex coolant hoses and went straight from the turbo to the intake, it works fine if you need to run it for a little while and make sure everything works.
