SR20DET into 96 200SX
alright i'm really new at all this, but i just bought the car for $100. Body is in good condition. So pretty much no matter what I do, I won't lose anything. But heres what I've got so far.
SR20DET S13 FWD/AWD includes 5spd trans, turbo, alternator, starter, and distributor. I know I need a wiring harness and ECU, but other then that, I'm clueless. What else do I need and where can I find whatever it is? thanks.
well if you are going to place any engine in a 200sx you are going to have to put a fwd engine in because there will a ton of alterations to make if you are going to put an awd or a rwd set up in there.

You really, really, need to stop post-hopping! I have seen posts from you about this same engine swap in like 5 different places. First off, there is more than enough info on these forums to tell you everything you could possibly want to know about putting a det into a b14 200sx! Just search! Secondly, I believe you were already told what was needed for this in another post... Are you swapping from a 1.6L?
If he's already made several posts about this, which by the way I did notice when searching his posts, this thread is going to be locked.
xinpridexwefallx, try and read the rules, please. Don't make a new thread just talking about what you bought. There is not tech question or info in your post. Therefore, I consider it a waste of time for others to read and a waste of bandwidth. I recommend that you not make posts unless they have information that contribute towards what the focus of this section is, i.e., tech info.
I won't warn you again.
