sr20de/ve conversion sensor query
my n14 pulsar with sr20de is reaching 260,000kms. infact I bought it at 180,000 and has served me well. the only thing I do is change the oil/filter every 6 months. (well that and a mechanic to replace bearings, cv joints). Anyway as half-cuts are aplenty I am thinking of going the sr20ve conversion. The complete engine package costs about $3800 Australian (ecu, loom, airflow + some relays). But I'm not too sure on the oxygen sensor, TPS sensor and thermo switches (+ some others I've missed).
Anyone done a conversion like this who could reply exactly what they changed?
I decided on the valve timing approach instead of the cheaper turbo option because of insurance and the fact that the turbo era is coming to an end because of restrictive smog laws. (cry s15 silva)
