i know on the sr20de's you really dont need any stronger ignition since our stock ignition is capable of plenty of horsepower like over 250 easily (ive been reading these forums forever). unless youre going for big boost try to look into an sr20det distributor if they arent already the same. i really dont know about the altimas distributor though. sorry.
