I just posted another thread on here for the same car, but in my 96 Nissan 200sx SE-R, when I start it up, I here low pitched rattling in the engine for two or three seconds only on startup. I've also noticed that the engine seems to shake unusually hard at the same time when looking under the hood. Anyone else have this problem and can give me some advice?

I just bought the car used, and I have no idea what kind of maintenance the car was given, and despite an odd EGR malfunction CEL, it runs and drives well.
