Im just wondering because i put my car on the dyno and i was at 12:1 all the way to 7500 redline and that is optimal. So leaning out the mixture can be dangerous

Here is more info on the TPS adjutment. Your setting should be between 0.45-0.55V.

0.58V might be too high. Just get it below 0.55V and you'll be fine.
