Your Heisman pick

Tomorrow night is the big night. I say without a doubt Bush deserves it, I'll be very upset if Young ends up with it, he is not of the same caliber in my opinion. Averaging nearly a first down every rush?

Vince Young has had an amazing season, but I also think QB's are projected a little more than they should be AT TIMES, I see passing as a two man game (qb/rec) where as running is a one man game, and has to take more upon himself to excel. Granted you have your fullbacks and lineman protecting the running back but I think Bush would be an excellent runner despite his team's blocking abilities, what would Young be with a group of crappy receivers? I don't know, just my opinion..

IMHO, without a decent line, ANY running back would have no room to succeed unless he was lightning quick or could just out muscle any tackle that came his way. Not taking anything away from him, but I think Bush's numbers are where they are because of his team.

Two man game????... yea try that without an offensive line to give you the time to pass the ball.. it works both ways...

BRADY QUINN!!

nah.....really.....Reggie Bush

Don't care HOW great your OL is, you still have to have some legs and moves to get the type of yards he has.

reggie will win it. if the heisman was aboot the mvp of a team then vince would win it, cuz texas would be nothing without his leadership.

also, check out stiffarmtrophy.com for their prediction. pretty cool stuff there

I don't understand collegiate awards...what does the Heisman truly stand for?

Vince can win the "best all around player" but not the heisman? If he's the "best player" why isn't he holding the heisman?

And I still stick to my point, it takes a greater athlete to become a great running back versus a great quarterback.

Lately, I don't think the Heisman trophy means SHIT! Look where the past winners of the awards are right now! Half of them don't even play anymore. I'd rather take the heisman loser in the draft.

My thoughts as well, however, I would not be willing to take Leinhart/Young over Bush unless you are hurting for a QB. I think Bush is a very quality player but it seems that the Heisman is mostly hype

If there was a kicker on a top 5 BSC team who was 100% for the year including 5 50+ yard kicks, would he be in the running for the Heisman?

Possibly, however, I'd like to know who can/has done it...
