And I don't want to hear about how racing isn't a sport.
I will be hosting a fantasy formula one league when the 2006 season starts. If there is enough interest there may be more than one league. If you are interested in joining the cost is $100 per man. I will break down prizes and payout if there is enough interest. Here are the basics:
One league consists of 5 people. All 5 members submit a draft sheet of how they prioritize their driver, team, and tire picks. Names are randomly drawn to figure out who gets first driver pick, the person who gets first driver pick gets last team pick and so on down the line. Once the draft is doen each member wil wind up with 4 drivers and two teams, you then get to choose which two drivers and one team to activate.
It is a lot of fun mostly because you will wind up with drivers you don't really like and you get to battle with yourself over cheering for them because you need them to win!
Anyway I got hooked on Formula 1 over the last year, and honestly this is a great time!
How about everyone sends me $100 and I try to go win the CARS co-driver's championship. If I win you get, uh, nothing but the satisfaction of helping me out.
But seriously, it does sound like a fun time, but the $100 might be a stretch for some of us, myself included.

There is a payout for first place of $400. I did not originally mention that because I wanted people to inquire about the league. Instead you clowns assumed I was trying to finance project evil twin...
