This year is going to be an interesting one for the NBA. Lots of trades and moves went on and it looks like there is some good competition in the East finally. As for the West, I think the Spurs still have the upper hand.

Who is your pick to win it this year?

Damn Spurs!!! Yeah I'll admit they have the best team in the West. I'm worried about the Lakers, looks like it will be another year rebuilding. There is no true PG on the team!! Yikes....

Well, at least Allan Houston finally retired. No more throwing money away for a mediocre swingman at best.

San Antonio from the west and Detroit from the east. Miami looks pretty good, but I think they're gonna run into the same problems the Blazers did a few years ago (ie: too many stars on one roster). Detroit has shown us that team chemistry goes a long way.

Agreed... I would like basketball more if my team was better. I would like baseball more if my team was worse. So I like football because my team is mediocre, and mediocrity is my middle name.

I'm wishin for another surprising Suns run. They may not have Johnson but they've still got the tools to go places. Now if only Dirk and Tim from Texas would stop crying after every potential foul and just get knocked out already... Seriously two of the most dominant players in the NBA and they cry like little bitches. Amare doesn't cry and he's injured.

Fouls are a part of the game and a lot of times you will see it intentionally done. If you don't agree then you aren't watching the right sport.
