I need to know if any of you Z owners can refer me to a private auto repair shop in the Central Texas area that is very familiar with the 350Z!!!

What's up?? From the sound of it you are not having much luck with the Z lately. Give me a call let me know what's up!!!

Oh and as far as a shop goes, Adrian's on the end of 31st (about 2 miles from Canyon Creek area going towards Taylor's valley) is reputable, but I don't know that they are knowledgable in the Z field.
