S14 Rebuild

I am rebuilding my SR20 VCT and am trying to decide what Turbo to use.
I am fitting forged pistons and a balance and thats it. You have probably answered this before but humour me.
Please advise with any wisdom you can offer.

what kind of power figures are you looking for? what do you use the car for? can you deal with turbo lag? we need more info.

It's just a street car for every day use. But since it's getting a complete overhaul I might as well improve.
