shock/strut help!! I need help!

I need new shocks/struts pronto... My s14 has 191,xxx miles, and i'm the second owner... I doubt the car ever had new struts put on.

So, i need an idea of what shocks or struts to get right now. I don't have alot of money but what would be a good set of struts/coilovers for pretty cheap!

ANy ideas please...

get k-sports coilover on ebay about 850$ free shipping...i got em runs smooth, u can adjust stiffness very easily, plus it fixed my shaking problems at high speed
