Okay so I've got a huge issue going on right now. My 240 has 187,000 miles. The enigne has around 50,000 miles, I just put a clutch and throw out bearing in it. They struts are shot, I need to put a few seals in the engine. Okay, so I'm a college kid I don't have a whole lot of money. So my 240, is not in great shape either, i need a new hood and bumper needs repainted and my driver side window motor is shot. SO seriously should i sell my 240 and get a little just get around car? Or what? Please everyone help me out....

i have a drivers side motor for a 95 that is good i forgot that the window lock was on and so there i go and order a new motor that i didnt need. i got my kyb adjustables from ebay for 300 that was a great price check ebay alot of parts you can get on there and for a good price

Well, you've basically almost have a new motor and a new clutch/throwout bearing. Like Heathe says, check Ebay for struts. You can pick up a hood from a junk yard. Go to Macco for a cheap paint job.

If the car runs good otherwise, keep it!

i went to maaco to get a paint job just know you get what you pay for. i always see cars being parted out on ebay they always have what you will need. if not spend a little time on the net and find different sources. just google your year 240 and BAM lists of places.
