blown rings
I have blown rings in my ka24de-t. Trying to find best rings but seems like JE rings good 4 16 psi boost. My top would be 19 psi with 350 rwhp so if i can't find rings that are able to handle i will need to limit boost now i have not gone to 19 psi but it was dynoed at that anyone know where i might find such rings at good price.tried searching web with limited time, still not found any thing but JE that tell you good for 16 psi boost. Unsure of comp. ratio but looks like it has been bored .5mm's over,89.5mm, please I am just a shade tree.
reason i say it is my rings is #1 comp. 155,#2 100, #3 50,#4153,put about a cap or so of oil in # 3 and it doubled 100 psi
going to tare down this weekend and mic to check the bore and piston shape.
any advice would be most helpful any from one end to the other on what i should do or should not do.
