rebuild

what do you guys think of this as part of my rebuild for my 95 240
Brian Cower Billet connecting rods
Brian Cower Stainless Steel .5mm valves
Brian Cower Valve Springs and Retainers(Specs
Spring Pressure:
-Seat: 1.400" @ 73 lbs
-Open: 0.950" @ 155 lbs
Coil Bind: 0.850")
I also wanted to know which one of these cams were best for this setup, if i could even use one or the other.
Jim Wolf S1 Cams
OR
Brian Cower Cams-264/264 Duration, 9.52mm/9.52mm Lift
CP forged pistons 9.0:1 compression recuired +.020" overbore.
My 240 currently has 200,000 miles so i'm just tryin to make the engine pullet proof, i'm gonna go turbo later on.
If you have any sugestions let me know on whatever. Better parts different parts, or if some of these parts wont comply

What type of HP levels are you looking for. The Crower rods may be overkill unless you're looking for around 600 HP.

If you're going turbo, don't go too wild on cam duration.

The stock rods are good for up to 300+ HP. With the HP range that you're looking for, the Crower rods are a good choice.

Be careful with boring it too much; with high boost turbo charging, if the cylinder walls are too thin, they will have a tendency to balloon out, causing excessive blow-by.
