95 to 97 conversion, HELP!!

As some might know i recently wrecked new....well new to me.... '95 240 and i need all new headlight assemblies (left and right), both corner headlights, new bumper, and possibly new front side panels... So...... I love the 97-98 look, its 500% better!
Ok, so my question is if am able to find 97 or 98 hood, lights, bumper, hood, and side panels would i just be able to just swap out the parts? Or would i need to get an actually conversion kit? ANY help at all would GREATLY help THANKS!!!
