need suggestions on subframe bushing

i just found out my s14 need to change the subframe bushing, because everytime i step hard or release on the gas or change gear in low rpm it make the "thump" pulling noise. Also when i release on the cluth when the car is at high rpm. I had search on ebay and i saw couple brands but im so new to car and parts. i wonder which brand is good to go with. Anyone have any experiences about this or had changing one before plz give me some advices. also anything else i should change to get SMOOTH ride.

Thanks.

probably should buy from SPL because ebay is a risky place sometimes you find gold other times you get sh*t.

The SPL parts lock collars are not bushings they simply hold the stock crappy rubber ones tight to the car. Bushings can be a pain in the ass to replace. The $20 is worth it for SPL parts, they have excellent customer service and super high quality parts.
