Question RB25 MAF wireing help needed

i upgraded my MAF today to a RB25DET's MAF and i am having troubles on the wireing. there are 4 wires on the RB maf. so i conected the same wires to each the RB MAF and my old MAF wires now the car wont rev past 2,500 rpm's and when i try to it is like it is hitting a rev-limmeter.

the wire i didnt not connect is a "small" thin black wire. is that a ground wire? eather way i would like some of you vetren SR20det owners to help me out w/ a wireing answer on this :~)

today i tryed to ground out the small thin black wire on my RB MAF and still the same thing... when i give it gas it acts like it is hitting a rev-limmiter. i know my ECU can take the upgraded MAF cause i had it tuned by Mine's. \

here is how i connected the wires:

SR20DET harness <------------------> RB25DET MAF

White <-------------------------------> White
Black <-------------------------------> Black
Black / White stripe <------------------> Black / White Stripe
Unconnected <---------------------> Black/ Silver Dot


is this correct? or do i need to change some wires around? i really need some help cause i have a car show in 4 days! and i need to have my car driving by then.

**Added info: the car idels fine untill i try to give it gas it bogs down and does its studdering thing.
