S13 tranny help *PICS*

I need to know how many of those tranny connector need/must be wired. There are about 4 sensor's, what the hell are they for. I know one is a speed sensor but what are all the other ones and must they be connected. In case you were wondering, I'm swaping a KA24DE into my 89 S13. Everything is pretty much done except this monster of a wiring problem I've been facing. To start I converted my 89 to a 5-speed, so that adds to the wire problem. Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks.
