HELP me with the Power/Normal/Hold switch?

I've just bought a 94 180 sx.. been in the country 1 month...
I did a bit of "hard driving" the other day.. (before I learnt about the power/Normal/Hold switch) and now its got the "normal mode" set as "power mode", How do I make it go back to the way it was before..??

BTW its a 4speed auto SR20DET...
