I'm Back!!!....and Ive got a question.

Alright...The 240 was parked in the garage for a while, and I have to admit it was getting a bit ignored. Ive been on the road like mad (of recent oct 13-present) so I havent even had time to think about her. While I was on the road my Fiances civic blew up (my old built sohc) so she had to start driving the 240. Well....amazingly (a bit of sarcasm there) she got into an accident. It wasnt her fault...I can say that much. Some guy went to turn left and was right beside her and hit her in the process. Busted the front right tire, and mashed up the front right fender. Bumper is fine, door is fine, hood is fine...its the oddest thing. It looks like a midget got pissed of and beat the hell out of my right front fender

So anyway, now I need a new right front fender, and while Im at it I want to replace the horrible aftermarket front bumper with a less horrible one. My question is this.

Who makes good oemish replacement parts? And do you know of a good front bumper that looks good and isnt more than say $250 or so?

Anyway its great to be back on the board, and the 240 is getting prepped as we speak for paint and a new \\:top secret:// engine.

ive beem gone 2...but...check a performance shop, ask for a catalog for body kits, and look for the knock-off brands...oe looks.

I just got some replacement OEM parts from a junkyard. I really like the GPSports kits, but the RB build is taking up most of my free income at the moment, so a nice body kit will have to wait.

I did think of my license plate though....

oh you want some funny ones....the vwvortex had some hilarious posts about license plates ....i remember one was like I1haha
another was some black guy in a really nice car and the plate said not stolen or something....there were some real good ones lol

You mentioned about the other guy and detailed the damage, is your better half ok from all this? I had to throw that in!

Anyway, hope you get that 240 back in action soon!
