does anybody know if they even make a CAI for a 12V 240. i havent found one at all....just a regular intake or a K&N filter.i wish they would make one for my car....or if they do how can i get it
what are your plans for your 240. Either way it is cheaper and as effective to build your own from exhaust piping at autozone or from PVC piping from the local hardware store. IF you plan to got turbo or swap, why invest in a CAI. Unless of course you make it yourself and dont come out of the pocket much.
thanks for the help yall. i just plan on doing minor changes to the motor. ill try to make my own CAI. it shouldnt be that hard i guess. wouldnt it suck in more air? and if it did would i have to upgrade my M.A.F.S?

you don't need to worry about maf's if you're doing a cai and minor changes to the motor. if you had a gt3037 turbo's or something, yes you would have to upgrade maf's (z32 (300zx) maf recommended)
The above link is for DOHC. Apparently they dont have C.A.E. (cold air extensions) for the SOHC. I tried thje second link and it doesnt work some reason. Anyhow go to nopi and look under 91+ 240's and you will see the extensions, etc
