How do u know when u've filled it to high? I've heard, and im not sure if this is true, u can fill the transmission fluid where u remove the dipstick up to where the tube starts at the bottom?
I'm wondering if the'res a better place to fill from because mines is hidden by a slave cyllinder i think for my abs, and behind my intake manifold so i can really see back in there? Oh and any info or sites that talk about the automatic transmission, especially one specifically for nissan would be great?

The ATF is always checked while the motor is running at idle; first fully warm up the tranny. It should never be overfilled or else you may have problems.

The ATF is filled at the tube where the dip-stick goes into; it's located on the passenger's side of the motor near the firewall just in back of the intake manifold.
