removing the clutch piping connector

how exatly do i remove the clutch piping connector(the little box under the car the the clutch line runs through) and what do i use to replace it??? reason why is that people say to just remove it so that bleeding your clutch will be easier, so when i do remove it what do i use to replace it???

240sxmotoring.com has stainless steel lines. I bought mine from them. connects directly from the hard line to the slave cylinder. Gives the clutch a better feel too.
