I got all the wires ran for the guage. i then went to replace the oil pressure sensor or diaphram it was too big and wont fit in the hole does anybody have any idea how i could get this on or what they did.

Call Autometer for an adapter that will fit the oil pressure sensor hole in the block. The oil pressure sensor has a JIS PT 1/8 thread. BSPT 1/8 and JIS PT 1/8 have same thread spec. Don't try to use an NPT 1/8 fitting as it will not work and will screw up the threads.
