Help car wont start

Aright guys dont' tell me to look it up, because did that already and thought that it was my fuel pump, replace and guess what wasn't it. I have 89 240sx, the car cranks and cranks but it dosn't start, replace cap,rotor, wire, plugs, and coil, and fuel filter. My car was actting wire the other day, woke up and warm up my car start perfectly fine, came back 10min later and the cars off, so tired to start again, engine cranks and stuff somehow no start, so i took off the intake hose and spray in some starting fuild, bang it started for the next 5 min then die. I want and did some research and came to the fuel pump, i replace the pump today, but still it just crank but no start, or no fuel or spark. I noticed something when i replaced the pump, you know where the 4 wire conntects on top of the fuel sending united, where you have unbot the 6 bot to get to the fuel pump. Well the seem to be like plastic where the wire gose and connect to it. Well one the four plastic is crack, i thought that was the problem but not to sure, the thing is the connection on all 5 of the wire is connect good. But the only thing is the plastic crack. WOULD IT BE THE PROBLEM FOR MY CAR OR WHAT? I have no clue what to go next. I'm try the fuel pump relay, wheres is that located anyway i know in the hood carpartment, but what is it lable at so i can find it. OH YEA I DID THE FUEL PUMP IN A SNOW STORM, OUTSIDE SO PRETTY MAD BACAUSE I THOUGHT THAT THE FUEL PUMP WAS PROBELM BUT NOT. SO I NEEDS YOUR GUYS HELP WITH ANY THING. SORRY SO LONG

First check all the fuses. You need to determine if it's a fuel or ignition problem. Check for a spark at every plug.

An easy way to test the fuel pump and filter is to disconnect the fuel hose from the top of the fuel filter and insert a long length of spare hose into the top of the fuel filter with the other end draped over the fender going into a catch can placed on the ground. Now turn the ignition key to the run position but DO NOT START THE ENGINE. You should see fuel going into the can at a good rate for several seconds.
