92 200 s13 turbo upgrade

I have searched the forum but cant find a simple answer, everybody adds other things into the question.

What needs to be done to fit the T28 turbo from a s14 onto the 1.8 s13?
I.E straight bolt on?, wiring needed?, fabrication needed?, any upgrades needed? reprogramming? also, is an easy job (semi experienced) or is it strictly for the pros???

Im sorry if you have answered this a million times but I looked through pages and pages of search, and just cant find a straight answer, is it easy or not?
Cheers

what turbo comes on the 1.8 litre? T-25? if it's a t3/t4 flange, it should bolt up, however you may need to do a little custom work to the oil lines, and some pipe work. I don't know much about the 1.8

I dont know much about CA18s but i would assume its a strait bolt-up like the sr20. That is if you had a t25 in the first place. Other than that bigger turbo = ECU re-tune.

well I'm going to assume that your s13 still has the stock motor in it, and you are upgrading the turbo to an s14 T28 correct??? Well to physically put the turbo into place it will bolt directly on. However you may need to run aftermarket coolant and oil lines to the turbo. Also buy new crush (copper) washers anytime you mess with the banjo bolts on the turbos. As far as electronically you also may need to have the car's computer retuned/remapped because of the new boost characteristics. Now I have never done this type of turbo upgrade myself, but this is going off of my logic so don't take my advice as fact please.

Yeah I still have the stock motor. Its got the stock t25 on and yes thinking about the upgrade to the s14 t28 (good guess)
Would be good to know if anybody has actually done this (or something that costs about the same...lol),
Was just looking for a cheap upgrade and thought that was they way to go.

A mate of mine bolted a t28 on to his CA, ran stock injectors and AFM with a mines ecu (just more fuel) and got around 230rwhp but the injectors were really being hurt.
He needed new oil and water lines and you have to clock the turbo housing a bit to fit it.
