Im not sure but i think the the header would not mount up to the motor other then that the piping should be the same except on the cold side.

The SR20 kit will not bolt up to the KA.
If your kit comes with an engine management sysytem designed specifically for the 96 and up S14 (i.e.Greddy), you will need to get a different one.
However, if the kit comes with a stand alone, or a hard wired ECU that can be spliced into the factory harness, you can probably use it.
