harnesses?

I have aan 89 s-13 that the previous owner converted to a 240SX. Why? I don't know, but I have an SR20DET motor that I am going to put in it. I also have the ecu for it, will it work off the existing harness? if not where can I find one? If anyone knows I would greatly appreciate it.
