Joshb13sentra Nissan Enthusiast Join Date: May 2002 Location: Portland Oregon Posts: 154	VIN problems? Has anyone in the portland area ever switched out there dash and tried to go through DEQ? I went there the other day and I haven't reattached my VIN, didn't think it was a big deal since it's in the engine bay, I get there and the guy wouldn't let me through said I had to have the state police reattach a new one to my car for me. He said they used special rivets and I couldn't do it myself (which I will once I buy some more rivets). Anyone have this problem?
