why do people sign up an post to many forums like that? Seems like ebay would shut it down pretty quick if it were reported to them. Ebay motors seems to be full of weird scammers lately, or at least the 'car' section is.

always look for the auctions that say "private auction - bidders' identities protected"
That's usually a dead give away that there is something to hide.. basically so others can't write the bidders and give them the heads up on scams.
istn' ebay motors ALL scam? i remember bidding on a car and when i went the go get it, it was in aweful shape. the seller didn't mention most of the damage...i did not buy the vehicle.

well no thats a kind of pessimistic view toward it you just need to be extremely careful. its normally "popular cars" they scam. if you were to go on there and buy say........an old ford festiva.....i doubt you would have many scamming issues but like a skyline or anything nissan/honda WATCH OUT
