Spec-V & AltimaQR25DE: the Same Motor??

hi..

..my buddy just bought a wrecked Altima (QR25DE). And wanted to know if

the QR25DE from this car was the same a in the Spec-V.

only the QR transmission bolts up directly. which will be a pain in a b14 because they fit side mount trannys and the qr is a top mount iirc.......it's gonna be lots of work and lots of money, and i think the sr20det is a bit more worth it...........especially with the prices of replacement parts for the qr....and it's poor reliability record.
