Gen I and Gen II NISMO CAI

Hey guys, I have an '04 Spec V, I just bought the Nismo CAI from Performance Nissan. Now I was just poking around and saw that Nismo has a gen II CAI, and was wondering what the difference was, does anyone know??? Part numbers are 16576RNB55 for gen I, and 16576RNB56 for gen II.

I received the gen I, and am wondering If I got taken, and should have the gen II since I have an '04. Wondering if there is a difference for year of vehicle??? Or just plainly is one better than the other???

Thanx

Cisco C.

It won't matter. The only difference is the GEN II has the MAF sensor built into the intake. It just makes the intake look more clean and have less connectors.

Any reason why the gen II would not fit on anything other than an '04?
