I was thinking about getting an MSD Ignition so i could have the varaity of the extra rev limiter when im racing down the 1/4. This way i could launch at the same rpm every time

Will this one work for the spec V?

i dont think it will work due to two reasons first nissan uses coil over plug design ignition IE: four coils. the MSD DIS-2 Ignition (For Use On 4-cyl Engines with 2 Coil Packs). . and second unless you plan on replacing the springs and valves i would not push past the rev limit set by the ecu.
