I've read in a couple of the other posts (Yes Sticky I read your post FIRST) that some people have had problems with the aebs header, but they never said what type of problems. I know a couple of people have said that that the hot shot header has some quality issues with construction I don't know how true that is. Any insight would be helpful I'm trying to make an educated choice.
yah the hotshot headers have real bad welds that stick out inside your header like 1/5 inch or so all over... the outside looks good tho! I hear people file them down and what not but I didn't... I truthfully don't see Hotshot releasing them if they weren't going to do their job so I didn't really worry about it. who knows, maybe the heat and pressure will eventually get rid of those welds anyway... doubt it, I'm sure the welds r pretty tough.. but I doubt there is anything wrong with the Hotshot cause I mean... every one of them is like that and yet they have the best dyno, so go figure??

the aebs problem has to do with their high flow cat setting off the o2 sensor. I believe they are going to use a simulator to fix the problem or they are going to use a different brand cat.
There sending the 02 simulators for the people that have the SES light coming on. Only a few people have that problem. Both HS and AEBS make great products and HS would be the best choice if all your going to do is I/H/E. If you have big plans for your QR25 then go with the AEBS because that down pipe will help later on when you start getting bigger numbers...
