Which is why I am not fond of the QR at all.

I love my specV still though.
You gotta remember, the displacement is up half a liter and the stroke is tremendous on the QR25, so 7 lbs will yield more/same gains as 15lbs would in a 2.0 liter. Maybe the 15 lbs would yield a little more, i dont really know much about performance gains on an sr20, but if you wanted to turbo a spec, just go all the way and put a stronger bottom end anyway and make a tremendous amount of power. Whether people realize it or not, having lighter internals gives more power with just basic bolt ons and no boost or serious NA tuning.

What's this crap?

I have a 04 Spec V and have all the bolt ons. I love the car. If you want power you need $$$$. $$$$=power. Considering the car was $10,000+ less expensive than a WRX or Evo I think the Spec V is a awsome bargin. I'm tired of all the whining about the QA. Do the custom bottom end install and turbo kit the Spec would put out serious WHP. But again you need $$$$. I'm content with my 04 Sunburst. I'm waiting for the 07 GTR Skyline.
