RPM's different after oil change?

I just got an oil change the other day and when i got on the highway i set cruise at 80mph. I looked a the RPM's and it said about 8.3K when its normally at 8K. Could the oil change have had something to do with it?

Can you please re-phrase or correct your statement about your RPMs being ~8.3K, which turns out to be 8,300. Sounds really really weird since the Spec V's redline is ~6,250. Also IF you were going 80mph on cruise control that'll be ~3K in 6th gear. Probably a little more than 3K

Ha, sorry about that i've been high on friggin sudafed due to this cold for the past week. Ya i ment to say 3K. 80MPH in 6th gear was always dead on 3KRPM but now its closer to 3300-3400 RPM's. I did get an oil change with MOA additive in it but i've done that beofre and its been fine.
