Guys,

Where is the fuel filter on the 03 SE-R QR25DE motor? under the hood or near the fuel tank?

In the fuel tank. To get to it pop up the bottom piece of the back seat. The fuel filter is NOT a normal maintenance item. Why you asking?

ya and its not really a filter... more like a screen. Filters you would normally change out.

as said.. its not a "maintenence" item

guys, you mean nissan stopped making in-line fuel filters? My frontier had an external fuel filter in-line near the tank, you pop it off and thats it. my 92 has one in the engine compartment. All of the fuel pumps have a strainer on the end of the pickup for all cars, I mean the fuel filter near the engine or somewhere in-line the fuel line.

I will call Greg at Mossy and see if he knows

THanks
Chris

Why did nissan stop putting in in-line fuel filters? I can't believe that. Oh well, I guess I don't have to it then, good, its a bitch getting the gas all over me!
When is the interval on changing that in-tank filter? anybody know?

treat it just like your timing chain. if it isn't broke, don't fix it.
