Question O2 sim issue!

I have a 04 Spec with all the bolt-ons. Since I had DCSports install their header and down-pipe and o2 sim. At first the ses light was off and the car ran awsome. 2-weeks went by and the ses light came on again along with the rich engine running and hindered performance. Reset the ses, light stayed off for 5-days then on again. Was going to take it to Serenity Sound when driving hard on the Freeway the light went off. It's now been 3-weeks and the ses has stayed off and the car rips. Has anyone out there had the same problem? Or does the ecu take that long to program. Any feedback would be awsome.....................Ralphieboy.

a 10 dollar ghetto sim will remove the CEL. the casper is the best and its like 50. i run a high flow cat welded on the downpipe and it helps emissions, sound, and smell.

First who makes a really free flowing cat(carb exempt if possible) and is mating it to a DCSports down pipe possible. Where can I order the casper unit? Which one does DCSports use?.............................................. ............................thanks.

IIRC Mossy or HP sell the Casper although a cheap 10 dollar ghetto sim from Gray Mulligen on the VBoard works too. The DC Sports doesnt come with any sim and doesnt reccomend any exclusice sim. I am assuming the header has bungs for the O2 sensor, correct? (otherwise you would have to relocate O2 sensor). And as far as mating a cat to the DC, what is the piping diameter of the mid pipe? Just to make sure you know, a cat or a sim will eliminate the CEL. You do not need both.
