Find a turtle wax car wash, or some other detailing place and they will clean the seats for you. There is no need to put everything in CAPS LOCK. Most of us can read the smaller letters just fine.

we have a car care section. you posted it in the engine section. if it was in the car care section, it would get more hits...don't worry, we will move it for you.

the spec v seats are difficult to clean. prestone stain remover in the yellow can and stoner carpet and upholstry cleaner are excellent and do not spot. depending on the stain will determine whether or not this helps. if it does not, you can purchase a bissel little green for about 70 bucks. it is a shampooing vacum cleaner, portable and extremely effecient. there are a bazillion uses for it. if you dont want to to that, then a detailing place will steam clean it. ultimately, steam cleaning it will make it by far the cleanest. i would try a 4 dollar can of prestone or stoner first, and if that doesnt work consider steam cleaning.
