did i get brembos?

hey dumb question, but is there an easy way to tell if i got the brembos or not? i cant see any names or anything on them but someone else told me did. and it looks like it. i bought it used (an 04) and i didnt even know it was an option....

i do believe that the calipers are yellow and have brembo painted in red on the fronts only. so if you dont see the name then you dont have them i would assume

Yeah, they are huge golden calipers, but they are only on the front.

well damn!! i was hoping i had them. well it still stops really well. does anyone know what type and/or size it has stock without the brembos? i know the front brakes are a lot bigger than the back ones.

I beilive without the Brembos the front are 11.0 in. (280 mm) ventilated discs and the back are 9.1 in. (230 mm) solid discs. From the factory the Brembos are 1000 bucks but u can buy them for $675.

Brembo = large gold front calipers with BREMBO on them. Non brembo = shitty black/gray looking calipers.

The front brakes are so much larger in the front because the front brakes carry the majority of the stopping power. It is not uncommon to have to change front brake pads 2-4 times before having to change the rears. The Brembo package is HUGE as the pic shows. You would know if you had it and frankly, if you plan on changing your wheels ever it is not worth it.
