fixing up an auto tranny

What can I do to fix up my automatic tranny or should i just swap for a manual (budget $500)

500 isnt enough to build it right tho...its gonna take a good bit more.

500 would probably do valve body and torque converter. if you're not making over 150whp in your auto sentra, i can't really say it's worth it to do any more than that.
